Pathway for Hospitality

Every guest asks the same question: "what's nearby?"

Pathway turns your local knowledge into an interactive area guide — the breakfast place that's worth the line, the quiet beach, the trail nobody finds — with real walking times from your door. Put it on your booking page, your guest guide, or a QR code by the keys.

30 days of Premium, free. No credit card required.

Why it works

Your local knowledge is the amenity nobody else can copy.

Two rentals on the same street have the same beds, the same dishwasher, the same distance to the beach. What they don't have is the same host. Guests book — and rebook, and review — places where someone clearly knows the area and hands that knowledge over.

A laminated binder of recommendations gets skimmed once. A ten-item Google list looks like everyone else's. A Pathway map is different: guests tap Beaches and watch routes trace from your front door to the three you actually recommend, each with a photo, your one-line note, and an honest walking time. It's the difference between "there are restaurants nearby" and "the taqueria is four minutes that way — get the al pastor."

Built for hosts

From booking page to check-in text.

On the booking page

Embed the map on your direct-booking site to answer "where exactly is it?" before guests ask — without giving away the unit number until they book.

QR code by the door

Print the QR code into your welcome book or frame it by the keys. Guests scan it and carry your recommendations around town in their pocket.

Groups that match how guests think

Coffee, Beaches, Date Night, Rainy Day, With Kids — name groups whatever fits your place, give each its own pin color, and reorder anytime.

Your note on every place

"Ask for the corner table." "Cash only." "Go at sunset." Street View photos and live ratings come built in; the insider line comes from you.

Walk it or drive it

Set each group to walking or driving and guests see honest times — no more "5 minutes away" that turns out to mean by car, at midnight, with no traffic.

One map per property

Manage a few units or a small portfolio — each property gets its own map, its own QR code, and its own analytics, under one account.

How it works

Build it once. Every guest benefits.

1

Drop the pin

Type your property's address — or the corner nearby if you'd rather not publish the exact door.

2

Add your favorites

Pin the places you'd tell a friend about, one at a time or a whole category at once. Write the note you'd text them.

3

Share it everywhere

Embed it on your site, drop the link in your check-in message, print the QR code for the welcome book.

Questions

What hosts ask us.

Can I share the map without revealing my exact address?
Yes — pin the map to a nearby corner or block instead of your door for public booking pages, then share the precise version with confirmed guests. Premium maps can also be password-protected.
Does this work alongside Airbnb or Vrbo?
Pathway lives wherever you can share a link — your direct-booking site, your check-in messages, your digital or printed guidebook, and the QR code in the unit. Listing platforms control their own page layouts, so the map travels with the link rather than inside their listing.
Do guests need to install anything?
No. The map is a web page — it opens in any browser from a link or QR scan, on any phone, with nothing to download.
How many properties does one plan cover?
Base ($15/mo) covers 5 properties and Premium ($30/mo) covers 12. Each gets its own map, link, QR code, and analytics. Larger portfolios can talk to us about Enterprise.
