Pathway for Weddings & Events

End the "where do I park?" texts before they start.

One interactive map on your wedding website or event page answers everything at once — the venue, the parking, the hotel block, brunch the morning after — each with directions one tap away. Your guests relax. So do you.

Why it works

Every event has the same five questions. Answer them once.

Where's the venue? Where do I park? Which hotel has the room block? What's near the hotel? Where is everyone going after? Multiply those by every guest, aunt, and plus-one, and the week before your event disappears into a group chat.

A Pathway map puts the answers in one link: tap Parking and watch routes trace to the garage and the free street option; tap Hotels for the room block with honest drive times to the venue. It works for weddings, conferences, reunions, festivals, race days — anything where many people need to find a few places on one weekend.

Built for event weekends

From save-the-date to send-off brunch.

Lives on your event site

Embed the map on your wedding website — Zola, Squarespace, Joy, or your own — or share it as a standalone link in the invite email.

QR code on the invite

Print the QR code on save-the-dates, programs, and welcome bags. Guests scan once and carry the whole weekend in their pocket.

Groups for the whole weekend

Ceremony, Reception, Parking, Hotels, After-party, Brunch — each with its own pin color so the map reads at a glance.

Notes where they matter

"Enter on 5th, not Main." "Mention the Meigs block for the rate." "Shuttle leaves at 4:30." The detail that prevents the phone call.

Walk and drive times that are honest

Guests see real times from the venue to every stop — so nobody books the "10 minutes away" hotel that's 35 in Saturday traffic.

Keep it guests-only

Password-protect the map so the venue address and after-party stay with the people who were actually invited.

How it works

Less time than picking the napkin color.

1

Pin the venue

Type the address and the venue pin drops. That's the anchor every route traces from.

2

Add the weekend

Parking, hotels, the rehearsal dinner, brunch — with the note you'd otherwise repeat forty times.

3

Put it everywhere

Embed it on the wedding site, link it in the invite, print the QR code on the program.

Questions

What planners ask us.

Do my guests need an account or an app?
No. The map is a web link — guests open it in any browser from the invite or a QR scan. Directions hand off to the maps app they already use.
Does it work on Zola, The Knot, or Joy wedding sites?
Anywhere you can add a link, yes — and anywhere you can paste HTML, the full map embeds right on the page. If your site builder is locked down, the standalone link and QR code do the job.
Can I take the map down after the event?
Yes — unpublish it after the weekend, or swap the address and reuse the slot for the next event. Plans cover active maps, not lifetime totals.
Is one event one "listing"?
Typically yes — one map anchored at the venue covers the whole weekend. Multi-venue events (ceremony across town from the reception) often work best as two maps; Base includes 5, so there's room.

One link. Zero "how do I get there?" calls.
